I serve as a Modeler consultant, advising on the technical and artistic aspects of each student's final graduation project in the Modeling department for their master's degree. We meticulously review and strategize for each project, addressing goals collaboratively. I had to manage the team and assign tasks/bids.
I was still close to the lead, keeping the discussion open to improve our workflow.
